California, here we come!

Things might become a bit more sporadic over the next couple of weeks as we head out to sunny California (!) on vacation, but think of all the things we'll have to write about afterwards...

Oh, and if any of you out there have any tips, food-related or otherwise, for San Francisco and Northern California please send them along. We love tips.

Hey Michelle. Got your blog from Kelli Ann. California!!! In San Fran, go to the restaurant "The Stinking Rose" which is all about garlic. Garlic any which way you want as well as in everything that's not garlic! It's great. And I went to one place that was fun (though can't remember how food was) where you eat while seated in a small, old plane! And of course go to any nearby taco stand, especially if out of a van near a B.A.R.T. train stop or in a parking lot, etc. Those are apparently the real thing.

Are you going to LA or Napa? I have tips for those, too. Let me know. HAVE FUN! Julie
