The neighborhood of Arlandria, o...Ah yes, saltenas! The neighborhood of Arlandria, or "Little Chirilagua" has many El Salvadoran and Bolivian joints. Currently I get one almost every Saturday when I go to the Del Ray (Alexandria) farmers market.
