We took ours out of the fridge, kept it covered, and set it out on the counter for 60 minutes. There's absolutely no danger in this. Well, okay: there's no danger unless the chicken you bought was awfully sad, or your kitchen is an outright tip. Otherwise, trust us, the directions work like a charm.aj kinikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06961379615390102275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9056376.post-1155586800692157942006-08-14T16:20:00.000-04:002006-08-14T16:20:00.000-04:00Sounds delish, but I've got a question. Isn't it bad to leave chicken outside i.e. bacteria, etc.?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9056376.post-1154527730583408092006-08-02T10:08:00.000-04:002006-08-02T10:08:00.000-04:00I love the chicken recipe! Either way, you can't go wrong.Pamphiliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07709191371678901051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9056376.post-1154441964134650822006-08-01T10:19:00.000-04:002006-08-01T10:19:00.000-04:00Hi Tanna,my advice: dry the sage and save it for t...Hi Tanna,
my advice: dry the sage and save it for the fall because that rosemary, garlic, lemon combination is sheer magic.
Either way, bon appetit!aj kinikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06961379615390102275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9056376.post-1154406329204722802006-08-01T00:25:00.000-04:002006-08-01T00:25:00.000-04:00Super. I've got so much sage growing in the back yard so I might just have to turn the rosemary into sage.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
